Sales and Lettings Administrator - Central London

We are seeking a Sales and Lettings Administrator who is well presented with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to work in an established team in our Waterloo branch.

This interesting role involves producing sales letters and Tenancy Agreements and managing renewals, alongside general property and office administration duties.

In this vital and varied role, you will need good communication skills and to be well spoken and confident as you will be dealing with clients, landlords and prospective tenants. In addition you must have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load, work under your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.

Please note you must have previous administration experience of working in a similar administrative role and be skilled in the use of Excel and Word, with good typing skills. ARLA qualification is an added benefit.
