Sales Manager – Wimbledon

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager at our Wimbledon branch. The candidate should be able to show a track record of managing a successful Sales team and will have at least five years' experience at this level.

This is a Head of Sales role working alongside a Head of Lettings. The sales team has one negotiator and an administrator. The successful individual will be expected to:

  • be proficient at developing and increasing the business;
  • carry out MAs and bring property to market;
  • manage and develop staff;
  • generate and pass leads to all areas of the business.
