Jackson-Stops National Conference 2023

The Jackson-Stops National Conference 2023 took place in November at Wokefield Park in Reading. Entitled 'Embracing Change', the main theme of the event was adapting and improving work practices in a changing world.

Directors and staff from across the UK gathered to hear from industry experts about technological advancements, changing customer needs, and to discover new opportunities, innovative solutions and enhanced customer experiences.

There were presentations and break out groups geared toward navigating change, opening doors to new opportunities, using innovative solutions and improving customer experience to ensure market relevance, and there was an opportunity for staff to meet with suppliers.

The first evening culminated in a dinner and the presentation of The Jackson-Stops National Awards.
