Secretary/Administrator - Bury St Edmunds
Jackson-Stops & Staff is a leading name in the property world with a network of over 40 offices in London and throughout the country. Our Bury St Edmunds office is seeking an experienced secretary/administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be smartly dressed, highly organised, hardworking and enthusiastic. A good knowledge of Microsoft word and audio typing skills are essential. The position will include assisting with administration of our residential lettings department. Other duties will include responding to telephone and email enquiries, filing and invoicing. Good verbal and written communication skills are important, as is an excellent telephone manner. This is a full time position and includes some weekend duties. An excellent package and great working environment await the successful candidate.

Lettings Negotiator
Part Time Lettings Negotiator Required; for our Pimlico office to assist in all aspects of the lettings process from taking enquiries through to processing tenancy agreements. The applicant should have some experience in lettings and be well presented, articulate and educated to a good standard. The position currently is available three days a week but additional hours could be considered for the right applicant.

Jackson-Stops & Staff is looking to recruit a Senior Negotiator for our Teddington Office. Jackson-Stops & Staff are an established market leader in the UK and are currently investing in expanding and developing our business which includes our staff and their careers.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office with a dynamic sales team and will require you to manage applicants, negotiate with clients and applicants to secure and progress sales, provide a high level of customer service and win instructions.

We are seeking an experienced negotiator for lettings to be based in our Weybridge office. Since our client base is comprised of corporate and private individuals who have high expectations of our company, candidates should be bright, impeccably presented, articulate and educated to at least A level standard or equivalent.
