South West London:
Lettings Negotiator
A lettings negotiator is required in one of our South West London offices. The applicant should have a minimum of 12 months experience and be educated to A Level standard or above. The candidate should also be well presented and articulate.

Lettings Negotiator Required: a rare opportunity has arisen for a lettings negotiator for our Wimbledon Village office. Our lettings department is one of our flagship offices and one of the most successful lettings departments within the Group. The position requires a dynamic individual who is willing to absorb, learn and dedicate themselves to the success of the department and to be able to integrate themselves into a close knit team which has been formed on the back of mutual respect and hard work. Experience in not entirely necessary but any negotiator with experience must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar environment. This is not a position for the faint hearted but one which will reward the successful individual.
