If you choose to apply for a rented property through Jackson-Stops & Staff you will be required to pay the following charges:
Administration and referencing fee: £50 per person.
Check out fee payable at the end of the tenancy. The cost of this will vary depending on the size of the property.
Security deposit: A deposit is required as security throughout the term of the tenancy. It is protected with The Dispute Service and is equivalent to one and a half months rent.
Payment of intent: When your offer to rent a property is accepted by the Landlord and your references are satisfactory you will be asked to pay the equivalent of half a months rent to formalise your intent to proceed subject to contract. If you withdraw your application please note this fee is not refundable. If the landlord withdraws then the Payment of Intent will be refunded to you.
Rent: This is payable monthly in advance.
