TG 2107 N MOUNT PLEASANT (north-east side) 26/532 5.6.72. No. 58 GV II House. Mid C19. Yellow brick with rendered details. Hipped slate roof; 2 end brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows, symmetrical. End pilasters. Panelled door in rendered porch with windows in side walls has a plain overlight flanked by fluted Doric half-columns and triglyphs supporting a dentilled hood. Canted single-storey rendered bays to right and left have large-paned sashes with horns. First floor windows have glazing bar sashes under flat gauged brick arches. Centre bay projects slightly.
