In the unlikely event that you do have reason to complain about the service you have received, initially you should contact the 'head of office' for the particular branch you have been dealing with. If you remain dissatisfied and wish to raise a formal complaint you will need to follow our Complaints Handling Procedure. A copy of this is available from the office you have been dealing with upon request and contains the procedure for dealing with your complaint and confirmation of the relevant redress scheme we operate.
