Most of our clients decide to buy through us for the same
reasons. The comfort of using a UK agent with longevity
in the marketplace that is able to provide an after sales
service here in the UK as well as Italy.
We are qualified Property professionals and in order that
we may offer independent advice on all properties available
our relationships in Italy are not related to one developer.
Our Clients do not in any way pay extra fees to use us
here in the UK. Our fees are generated by the vendor and
shared with our associate office in Italy. In effect,
our clients have the advantage of both our offices in
Italy and in the UK, for any or all of the sales process.
Our Network of associate offices provides Sales coverage
throughout the regions of Abruzzo and Tuscany.
