Most of our Clients decide to buy through us for the
same reasons. The comfort of using a UK agent with longevity
in the marketplace that is able to provide an after sales
service here in the UK as well as Spain.

We are qualified property professionals whose relationships
in Spain are not related to one developer, in order to
offer independent advice on all properties available.
We also enjoy exclusive UK agency on a number of hand
picked developments, which means our Clients often enjoy
first option when new phases are released off plan. Our
Investor Clients find this particularly useful.

Our Clients do not in any way pay extra fees to use our
International Department here in the UK. Our fees are
generated by the Vendor and shared with our associate
office in Spain. In effect, our Clients have the advantage
of both our offices in Spain and in the UK, for any or
all of the sales process.

Our network of associate offices provide sales coverage
throughout the Costa del Sol as well as individual country
properties in the Andalucian villages in the hills in
and around Ronda and east to Gibraltar including the rapidly
expanding Sotogrande.
