Kensington & Chelsea Council proposes new conservation area
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has agreed to designate Avondale – abutting the Norland Conservation Area to the North – as a Conservation Area.
The houses of Avondale are unique to Kensington and were built for the soldiers with families who returned from World War I.
