Successful year for Jackson Stops & Staff’s London New Homes team

Writes Ben Babington from Jackson Stops & Staff’s London New Homes sales department: “We are busy finalising the accounts for our year end and, with two weeks to go, we are already showing a whopping 72% increase in income compared the last financial year, with more exchanges anticipated before the end of the month.

“In addition to the re-sales generated by our thriving land department, 70% of the new developments we have worked on have been won outright by the land & new homes team, which demonstrates developers’ confidence in our strong understanding of new homes sales and marketing.”

Notable successes include:

  • The The Bear Pit where phase 1 is now all sold/reserved and we are now gearing up for the launch of the two stunning penthouses
  • 10 Queen Anne Street is also all sold
  • We have just launched another nearby scheme for the same developers at Crabtree Place where reservations are already being taken.
  • Outside of Central London, recently launched developments such as Pippbrook Mews in Dorking and West Hall Manor in Warlingham are selling well prior to practical completion.
