Jackson-Stops & Staff operates a dedicated Short Let department which specialises in offering short term rented accommodation and serviced accommodation to the corporate and private sector. Based in our Mayfair office, the department extends its coverage to all of our London offices as far as Weybridge in the Southwest of London and into the City and West End.

What is the difference between short lets and serviced accommodation?
Residential serviced accommodation is more akin to hotel accommodation but with the advantage of having your own space and independence. Always fully furnished, serviced accommodation can be for as short a period as one night or up to six months or beyond. Short lets are more like normal residential rented accommodation and particularly in central London are usually offered furnished and inclusive of utilities. Outside of Central London unfurnished options are more commonly available.
Why Consider Short Lets?
For Landlords, it can offer a greater return. Some of our clients who live in another part of the world for some of the year can have their property occupied when it would otherwise be empty. A significant number of our tenants come from the corporate sector and therefore they have the flexibility, independence and less worry than either taking a longer term let or staying in a hotel.
What is Included?
All serviced apartments and some short let accommodation includes utilities, usually including WIFI but not including telephone services. Serviced accommodation generally always includes bed linen, towels, regular cleaning, similar to what you may expect from a hotel.
