- Advanced search functionality: enabling users to search by specific criteria or requirements
- Full property detail: users can view full property details as they would on the web site including property description, images, floor plans, and map views
- History: tracks and stores viewed properties
- Distance from you: properties ordered in a list based on the location details entered by the user. Properties will also be displayed on a map in the same format
- Property alerts: users can sign up to receive property alerts straight to their mobile as soon as new properties come on the market. The alerts link directly through to full property details
- Comprehensive information request: users can request more information, a brochure, or be put through directly to the right agent at Jackson-Stops & Staff to arrange a viewing
- Sophisticated device recognition: with over 4,000 handsets in our portfolio we ensure that the user receives an experience tailored to the device they are on

- Integrated location functionality: allows users to find properties based on their current location

- Mapping functionality: users can click on a map to show how far away the property is from where they are standing
