the area was rapidly becoming one of the most sought after
locations in southern England. This is largely due to
its beautiful and dramatic coastline, superb beaches,
unspoilt and uncommercialised countryside and improved
access to the rest of the country – Barnstaple is
about 45 minutes drive from junction 27 of the M5.
The area covered by this office ranges from the Cornish
border through mid Devon to the western fringes of Exmoor
and includes some of the most beautiful countryside and
protected coastline in England.
