  • We visit properties on your behalf and make recommendations on which are worth viewing
  • Once a suitable house has been identified, we negotiate the acquisition price, organise mortgage valuations and structural surveys and liaise with the respective solicitors
  • We supply details of all relevant tradesmen
  • We co-ordinate all the above information and oversee the project through to exchange of contracts and completion
