The opening of a Wells office further strengthens
our already unrivalled presence in the south west, and
is our forty first nationwide.

What Wells lacks in size - being the smallest city in
England - she more than makes up for in beauty. The superb
Cathedral is described by Pevsner as one of Englands
finest, and the moated Bishops Palace is renowned
for its swans which ring a bell at feeding time. Much
of the city dates from mediaeval times and has changed
little, not only due to the careful stewardship of the
Cathedral, but also to strict planning controls to preserve
its special character, and also that of the beautiful
surrounding Mendip hills.

Of particular note are the good schools in the region
and the area has excellent communication links with the
M5 to the west, the A37 to the east and the A303 to the
south. To the north lie Bath and Bristol, both with high
speed rail services. as are miles of open
countryside.
