Jackson-Stops Property Lettings and Management Department is specialised and dedicated, offering professional management of your property by experienced staff.

Property is often your most valuable asset and our management service is designed to look after the day-to day-running of your property, whether occupied or vacant. Over longer periods of time, we aim to structure ongoing maintenance in order to preserve the value of your property. As an additional service we can also advise on how to enhance your property for the rental market and organise and supervise the suggested works.

An experienced team is appointed to organise maintenance, offer advice and take care of your requirements when your property is tenanted. If for any reason the property is unoccupied our service may be extended to the care of the vacant property.

We ensure that all matters are dealt with using reputable, insured contractors and you can have confidence that your property expenses are managed cost effectively through the provision of competitive quotations when required.

Our Lettings and Management Department is backed by an established and professional accounts service which employs bespoke software. This gives clients access to a private on-line portal for the recovery of statements and reports and includes a facility to view, for example, status of tenancies and statements, duration of tenancies and details of tenant payment.

Our service is designed with both tenants and landlords in mind and we pride ourselves on our personalised and bespoke service to each of our clients. Our approach is flexible and we can offer services that can be tailored to your specific requirements.

DRAW UP AN INVENTORY AND SCHEDULE OF CONDITION OF THE CONTENTS OF THE PROPERTY
COLLECT THE FIRST MONTH'S RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT AND REGISTER WITH THE DEPOSIT SERVICE (TDS)
ONLINE ACCOUNT
DEMAND RENTS AND REMIT MONIES IN STERLING IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS  
ADVISE THE APPROPRIATE UTILITY SUPPLIERS (GAS, ELECTRICITY AND WATER) OF THE METER READINGS AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE TENANCY (where details have been provided)  
GRANT, EXTEND, VARY OR RENEW A TENANCY AGREEMENT AS AUTHORISED BY THE LANDLORD  
RENT GUARANTEE AND LEGAL EXPENSES COVER AVAILABLE  
HMRC SELF ASSESSMENT FORM COMPLETION  
PERIODICALLY VISIT THE PROPERTY
