Welcome to our Norwich office home page
Jackson-Stops & Staff was first established in East Anglia in Newmarket in the 1950’s. We opened our Norwich office in 2000, along with Ipswich, and have subsequently opened in Bury St Edmunds in 2003. The East Anglian jigsaw has now been completed with the recent opening of Chelmsford in Essex, providing a network of 5 offices covering the whole region. This links in to our national network, including our 8 London offices, with the Country Houses and Estates office in Mayfair.
Norfolk has in recent years become recognised as offering many of the best value properties within a hundred and twenty mile radius of London. Commuting is having a greater influence on the south of the county via Diss. The City of Norwich has a population of over 125,000 and has a vibrant and expanding business centre.
Norfolk is renowned for its unspoilt countryside, comparatively sparse population and attractive market towns. The North Norfolk Coast is a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and attracts premium prices due to its wealth of sandy beaches, bird reserves and sailing and other leisure pursuits attracting many second homebuyers.
The Norwich office stands in the centre of this beautiful Cathedral City with a prominent position in the heart of the professional area. The Norwich Office covers the whole of Norfolk and together with the adjoining Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket Offices has extensive coverage of the whole of East Anglia.
The Norwich office specialises in the sale and marketing of Town, Coastal and Country properties both large and small properties and also lettings and advising on agriculture.
Nigel Steele FRICS and Tim Hayward FNAEA at the Norwich Office have over 50 years experience in advising on property. We hope the properties we have available will be of interest to you. If you would like any further information on these or wish to discuss any aspect of the East Anglian market, please do not hesitate to contact us.
