Our office in Chichester has been serving West Sussex and East Hampshire since it opened in 1948, covering a wide and diverse area which includes the South Downs National Park to the north with its pretty Downland villages and heading south over the coastal plain to Chichester Harbour and the beachfront properties at West Wittering.

Directors Andrew Richardson and Mark Astley have some 60 years experience between them and are both members of the National Association of Estate Agents. Specialising in country houses and waterside property, we have been fortunate to sell some of the best houses in the Sussex countryside and south coast, working as far afield as Brighton to the east and the New Forest to the west.
