The beaches along the south coast and in particular The Witterings attract bathers, windsurfers and those interested in kite surfing and land boarding. Goodwood is already internationally known for its famous race course but also plays host to the annual Festival of Speed and The Revival at its historic motor circuit. There are a number of golf courses, the closest being located at Rowlands Castle. Road communications are good with the Hindhead Tunnel significantly improving travelling times to London via the A3.
