DIRECTIONS - From our Sevenoaks office proceed down the High Street to the traffic lights turning right onto Seal Hollow Road. Continue forward on the A25 following signs for Maidstone. - Continue forward through Seal, Borough Green and St. Mary's Platt. At the Wrotham traffic lights bear into the right hand lane, signposted A20 West Malling. - Bear right and continue forward past the petrol station on your right hand side. After the petrol station, take the first right signposted for Paddock Wood (B2016). - Continue forward towards Mereworth. At the end of the road at the roundabout take the first exit onto A26 Tonbridge Road. - At the next round about take the third exit signposted for Wateringbury (Tonbridge Road A26). - Continue forward through Wateringbury village and into Teston Village. As you enter Teston, there is an unmarked turning for Teston Lane. This lane has a small bridge going over the river and a level crossing and is clearly visible from the main road. - At the T junction turn right onto Lower Road. - At the Tickled Trout pub bear right onto Smith's Hill. At the top of the hill turn left onto Shingle Barn Lane. - Turn right after approximately 0.3 mile onto an unmarked private drive for the Estate. - Follow the drive down passing an Oast house and a pair of cottages belonging to the Estate. Continue forward and turn left after the Oast and Bailiffs Cottage will be on your left hand side.
