Charming three bedroom cottage, nicely presented, situated in the sought after rural hamlet of Motts Mill, close to the village of Groombridge. RAIL SERVICES Tunbridge Wells mainline station offers services to London Bridge/Cannon Street/Charing Cross in under an hour, with alternative services to London Bridge/Victoria from Eridge station (about 1 mile). DIRECTIONS From our offices on Mount Pleasant Road head north. At the traffic lights turn left onto Church Road/A264. At the roundabout take 2nd exit onto Langton Rd/A264. Continue straight onto B2110. Bear left onto B2188. Stay on this road until the signpost to Motts Mill. Turn left into the lane and carry on down this lane ignoring the lane on the left and the cottage will be locate on the left hand side. There is parking just before the cottage. Unfurnished.
