Delta Cottage is a charming pink-washed detached fisherman's cottage with traditional sash windows set in a mature garden on the southern banks of Restronguet Creek. The property has been owned by the same family since 1993 and was formerly the childhood home of Olympic gold-medallist Ben Ainslie. The cottage has a long frontage and foreshore to Restronguet Creek with lovely coastal walks along the creekside towards Carclew and Mylor Bridge to the South. The city of Truro and the popular university town of Falmouth are a small distance away.
