What’s more beautiful than a country cottage? A country cottage in Cornwall!
Our recent national research, which analysed the price premium of quintessentially English village properties, showed that the timeless cottage is the least expensive property type. Yet, with an average square footage of 1,985, the cottage is the second most expensive property on a price per square foot basis.
