Richard Addington, MRICS
Richard began his estate agency career in Devon in 1989 when he joined the Jackson-Stops Exeter office. He had earlier trained at the Royal Agricultural College and has a background in rural life.

For the last 30 years, Richard has been involved with the sale of some of Devon’s most high profile and high quality rural and waterside properties. Amongst his portfolio of successful sales are an island, a palace, farms and landed estates, Listed country houses, old rectories, thatched cottages and holiday cottage complexes.

“Choosing Richard Addington and Jackson-Stops Exeter to sell our home was the best decision we made. Their insight and advice were invaluable, they thoroughly understood our requirements and we are immensely grateful to them all for making a potentially stressful exercise as simple and pleasurable as possible.”

Richard commented: “My experience ensures that our clients receive an outstanding service backed by sound and professional advice from beginning end. My practical knowledge firstly gives me an excellent understanding of the prime West Country property market and the influences on it and secondly equips me to anticipate any difficulties that might arise during the course of a sale to ensure a successful conclusion”.
