Housing transactions before and after the EU referendum remained broadly unchanged, and house sales in February 2019 increased compared to the previous February. It looks like Brexit's impact on the volume of sales has not had the influence many thought it would.

Our experience is that many buyers and sellers are now reaching Brexit boredom. No longer can they put their lives on hold and they are buoyed by the increase in spring property activity and are ready to launch into action. Life must go on!
