Jackson Stops – Covid-19 Policy – Revised July 19 2021
 

The safety, health and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains of paramount importance to us. The following updated guidance sets out how we are continuing to ensure safe working practices

In line with government and industry guidance, our agents will continue to take the following precautions: 

1)    Conducting risk assessments in all necessary situations. Risk assessments will consider:
a.    Enclosed spaces 
b.    Capacity of people in a confined space
c.    Ventilation 
d.    Hygiene and cleanliness
e.    Any additional precautions that are needed to safeguard the welfare of vulnerable people or people with specific safety concerns

2)    Continuing to encourage appropriate social distancing and the use of face masks where this precaution is deemed necessary as a result of a risk assessment.

3)    Taking additional precautions to ensure the welfare of vulnerable people or people with specific safety concerns, including but not limited to:
a.    Requiring the wearing of masks for appointments and social distancing 
b.    Hosting online viewings 
c.    Limiting numbers at viewings

4)    Following government guidance on self-isolation for people who: 
a.    Have developed Covid-19 symptoms 
b.    Have been told to isolate by NHS track and trace because they are a close contact of someone who has tested positive for Covid-19

To ensure the safety of all, we would ask our customers to: 
1)    Continue to follow good hygiene practices, such as regular handwashing.

2)    Be prepared to follow our agents advice around the wearing of masks, social distancing, or taking any other necessary safety precautions if this has been deemed necessary as a result of a risk assessment, or to protect a vulnerable person.

3)    Do not attend your appointment if you:
a.    Develop symptoms of Covid-19
b.    Are told to isolate by NHS track and trace 
c.    Have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.
