Jackson-Stops unveils new website as it continues to develop its digital approach

Nick Leeming, Chairman of Jackson-Stops, announces the launch of the estate agent’s new website as part of its ongoing digital strategy.

As we as a nation become increasingly digital savvy, consumers’ property searching habits are evolving as well – particularly amongst younger buyers. We understand that as a national estate agent we must react to these changes by providing a wider range of services and content online. This is why this week we launched our new website, which signals the start of our new digital strategy to offer our clients a 24/7 experience.

The website now allows prospective buyers and sellers the option to arrange market appraisals and appointments online at any time of day. The new ‘My Jackson-Stops’ portal also provides buyers with a virtual space to keep a record of their recent searches, saved searches and saved properties to help them quickly find and consider relevant homes to view.

Dedicated landing pages for each of Jackson-Stops’ local offices across our seven regions including London, the South East and the West Country have also been added, while the individual property pages now feature interactive tabs, providing key information on the homes’ location, and nearby transport facilities.

Details of local schools, including their catchment areas, Ofsted ratings and latest exams results are also available for each of the properties – ideal for prospective buyers looking to research a new area before they relocate with their children. The range of information provided on these pages will be developed as new content continues to be added to the site.

For those always on the move, our new website is fully responsive, which means prospective buyers and renters can view homes for sale and rent at any time from any size of device, from mobile phone to desktop PC.

We have been operating as a traditional estate agent for more than a century and know how important our traditional values are to our clients. Despite now taking a more digitally-led approach, which follows our decision to rebrand as Jackson-Stops in September last year, we will continue to retain and offer the inter-personal skills and experience of professional agents on the ground.
