The Week Recommends - Properties of the week: wonderful waterside houses

We're pleased to see Eastney, Kingswear, marketed by our Exeter office, included in The Week's properties of the week.

The feature focuses on waterside homes. Eastney earned its place for its elevated position above the mouth of the Dart Estuary, with views out to sea. The Victorian house has five bedrooms over four floors, following an architect-led refurbishment. It has a full-width conservatory, an internal lift, terraced gardens, and a double garage with a studio below.

Guide price £2,500,000
