Walking in Surrey

With another national lockdown underway, it’s more important than ever to make the most of our permitted daily outdoor exercise. Summer walks are a distant memory, and the weather makes it harder to force ourselves outside into the fresh air. But go out, we must!

For those fortunate enough to live close to natural beauty, this daily walk can take on new meaning: a way to brush off a day’s work and psychologically step into a different space. A lunchtime stroll has never been more important.

Surrey residents, and those thinking of moving to this green and pleasant part of the UK, are lucky enough to be surrounded by parks, trails, cycling and horse-riding routes and open space. In Reigate, Reigate Heath is a 152 acre local nature reservice with some great walking routes for when you need a quick lunchtme route to blow off the cobwebs.
