The Development Land team covers Devon and Cornwall, providing consultancy and agency advice on residential and mixed-use development land. We also advise and market a variety of new homes in Devon for Developers including city centre apartments and townhouses, family housing in city, country and coastal locations, together with stunning waterside and coastal second home developments.
