Reigate is the epitome of a modern market town, blending the historic and the contemporary. This combination, alongside the wide range of properties for sale, makes Reigate the perfect home for professional couples and families.

From flats and apartments, new builds, family homes and substantial country estates, Reigate offers something for everyone and Jackson-Stops is an integral part of the local property landscape

Experience counts
Run by Pip Ballard, Chris Fairclough and Tim Wilson, and supported by Alan King - who splits his time between the Reigate and Dorking branches, Jackson-Stops offers a superior, hands-on approach, with a dedicated team of senior consultants handling all enquiries and instructions. We are an inventive and flexible business that listens carefully, caters to individual needs and provides a tailored service.

Our neighbouring offices in Dorking and Oxted, alongside our London offices, give us access to a database of highly motivated, qualified buyers from London and internationally.

Reigate's appeal
Reigate's wealth of local amenities are set against the unspoilt natural backdrop of the North Downs and Priory Park - the town's 'heart'. Green spaces and countryside are never far away with Reigate Heath, Reigate Hill, Gatton Park, the North Downs Way, Greensand Way and Wray Common all close by.

Food lovers can choose from chains including Bill's, Cote, Pizza Express, Giggling Squid and Wagamama and independents such as Cullenders and The Chapel, while the fashion conscious can shop high street brands such as Whistles, Oliver Bonas and Mint Velvet alongside niche boutiques and local stalwarts.

There's a great mix of independent and state schools. Independents include Dunottar and Reigate Grammar which is one of the top co-educational schools for 11-18 year olds in the country. For younger pupils there's St Mary's and Micklefield, while state schools include Holmesdale, Reigate Priory, Reigate School and Reigate College - one of the best sixth form colleges in the country.

Reigate has brilliant transport links with direct trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Gatwick and Reading. The M25 is a short distance away, serving Gatwick Airport and Brighton via the M23.

Sporting fans will not be disappointed as Reigate is home to rugby, tennis, bowls, croquet, hockey, cricket and numerous football clubs and pitches and Redhill Cycling Club has an active membership.
