Since the opening of the railway in 1838, Woking has become one of Surrey’s most accessible main towns to London, offering a semi-rural environment within a 19 minute train journey to Clapham Junction and 24 minutes to London Waterloo. The office is run by Robert Butterworth, a highly qualified estate agent with the utmost integrity who will always act in your best interests.
Robert was previously in the senior management of Jackson-Stops’ London network of 12 offices before moving back to his family home town of 30 years to open and run the Woking branch. He has a wealth of experience in estate agency working with small individually owned properties up to large estates and has been involved in selling and valuing some of London’s most expensive houses. He applies experience, acumen and professional knowledge to endeavour to achieve the best result for every client. Robert has a degree in Economics, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
“Woking sets itself apart from other towns by its incredibly fast transport links to central London whilst offering a rich green scenery, now furthered by the town centre’s extensive regeneration programme.”
