Since the opening of the railway in 1838, Woking has become one of Surrey’s most accessible main towns to London, offering a semi-rural environment within a 19 minute train journey to Clapham Junction and 24 minutes to London Waterloo. The office is run by Robert Butterworth, a highly qualified estate agent with the utmost integrity who will always act in your best interests.

Robert was previously in the senior management of Jackson-Stops’ London network of 12 offices before moving back to his family home town of 30 years to open and run the Woking branch. He has a wealth of experience in estate agency working with small individually owned properties up to large estates and has been involved in selling and valuing some of London’s most expensive houses. He applies experience, acumen and professional knowledge to endeavour to achieve the best result for every client. Robert has a degree in Economics, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a serving member of the Royal Navy Reserves.

Craig Buckingham has spent over 25 years in the property industry, truly “climbing the ladder” from trainee and junior positions to area management, operations director and company principal roles. Craig brings an empathetic and exceedingly driven approach to his role as Head of Sales understanding that every client and home demands a personal and focused approach. Having started in the industry with a property agent assisting clients with some of the South of England’s finest homes, his experience extends to dealing with client residences, from the West Country across to the Central London market and encompasses country estates to premium urban residences. During his career, Craig has received numerous accolades from national property awards for outstanding performance, innovation and customer service. Outside of work Craig enjoys a round of golf, musical theatre and most importantly time with his young family.
