Tenancy Related Costs (updated June 2026

In order to process your application we require you to supply the following information to Jackson Stops:

• Proof of current address.
• Picture ID ( passport and full driving licence).
• Right To Rent codes, if applicable.

Affordability calculation

• Applicants - Monthly rental amount x 12 x 2.5. This is the minimum household income required to pass referencing.
• Guarantor - Monthly rental amount x 12 x 3. This is the minimum income required to be a guarantor.

Rent & Deposit Payment
Jackson Stops require the deposit (equivalent to 5 weeks rent) to be paid and cleared, prior to any keys being released.

Additional fees that may apply
Tenant will incur charges due to loss of keys, broken locks etc. The cost to be paid directly to the contractor - the agent does not take commission on this.
