Dean Lonergan, Jackson-Stops Cornwall Director

With over two decades of experience in the property industry, Dean Lonergan is one of three Directors of Jackson-Stops Cornwall, who collectively bring together more than 70 years of expertise within the Cornish property market.

He began his career with a national estate agency brand, spending his first decade building a strong foundation before dedicating the entirety of his career to serving clients across the county of Cornwall. The acquisition of Jackson-Stops in 2023 marked a natural progression, reflecting his longstanding involvement in the prime waterside and country property sectors.

A passionate rugby supporter, he proudly backs his hometown club, the Newquay Hornets, as well as theCornish Pirates and the Exeter Chiefs. Outside of work, he can often be found embracing the coastal lifestyle and countryside that make Cornwall not just a place he works in, but proudly calls home.

Mark Price, Branch Manager

Mark Price is the Branch Manager at the Jackson-Stops Truro office, bringing more than 22 years of experience within the residential property sector. Throughout his career, Mark has built an outstanding reputation across Cornwall, having spent many years as Head of Department for a national estate agency brand, where he specialised in higher value and complex property transactions throughout the county. His extensive market knowledge, strategic approach and calm, commercially focused advice have consistently delivered strong results for both sellers and buyers.

The decision to join Jackson-Stops was a natural one, following a series of conversations that clearly aligned Mark’s professional values with the brand’s long standing reputation for integrity, discretion and exceptional client service. Since joining, he has brought a wealth of expertise, leadership and local insight to the Truro office, further strengthening Jackson-Stops’ presence across Cornwall’s prime property market.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family and is an active member of the St Austell Running Club, reflecting his strong connection to the local community and his commitment to maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Charley McOwen, Sales and Listing Consultant

Charley McOwen brings almost a decade of experience in the residential property sector, having worked extensively across Cornwall with a focus on higher-value property across the county.

After several successful years advising clients throughout Cornwall, Charley chose to broaden her professional experience by spending time working in South West London. This move provided valuable exposure to a faster-paced market and the opportunity to work with a wide range of discerning clients, many of whom reflected the buyer profiles frequently seen relocating to Cornwall. The experience enhanced her commercial awareness and further developed her ability to manage complex transactions with confidence and discretion.

While the London market proved professionally rewarding, Charley ultimately found herself drawn back to Cornwall, where no two days are ever the same. From coastal homes to countryside properties, Cornwall’s diverse housing landscape continues to provide daily variety and inspiration.

Combining Jackson-Stops strong local presence with its national reach, this offered Charley the ideal balance of familiarity and opportunity—bringing together the best of “home and away.” This platform enables Charley to deliver considered, well-informed advice, drawing on experience gained across both regional and metropolitan markets. Working collaboratively with colleagues, she contributes a wealth of insight that complements the wider team’s expertise and helps achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Charley can usually be found in a dance studio. Having danced for most of her life, she has travelled internationally teaching and competing. This experience has strongly influenced her professional approach, particularly in communication, discipline, and the ability to connect with people—skills that translate seamlessly into residential agency.

Daniel Marshall, Sales Consultant

In 2021, Dan Marshall made a decisive move – He left the Home Counties behind, embraced relocating to Cornwall and hasn’t looked back since. With a strong background rooted in music and education, along with an interest in property, estate agency was the obvious next ambitious chapter.

He quickly established himself and spent the next few years gaining experience at a national estate agency. He played a pivotal role in securing the office’s highest-value sale and with his attention to detail and professionalism, successfully saw it through to completion. The same year, his performance placed him among the top exchangers in the South West region for the company.

When the opportunity presented itself to join the prestigious Jackson Stops team, Dan recognised this as a privileged position and a defining step forward in his career. Focused on the unique and prime properties of Cornwall, it is with pride that Dan sells the most beautiful homes in the most beautiful part of the country.

Beyond his professional life, he cherishes time with his young family and nurtures a wide range of personal interests, from music and martial arts to a growing passion for photography. He also values regular trips back home to catch up and unwind with family and lifelong friends.

Hannah Maxfield, Sales Consultant

Born in South Africa, Hannah Maxfield relocated to the UK in 2019 before making a bold and spontaneous move to Cornwall in 2022, quickly discovering a true passion for estate agency and the fast paced property market. Since then, she has immersed herself in helping clients navigate every step of their property journey, using her growing local knowledge alongside a hands on, can do approach. Her enthusiastic and friendly personality immediately puts people at ease, while her exceptional attention to detail ensures that no element of a sale or purchase is overlooked.

Hannah takes pride in delivering a seamless experience and her genuine love of meeting new people helps her build lasting relationships founded on trust and clear communication. Lily Harrison, Property Transactions Consultant

With nearly a decade of experience in the Cornish property market, Lily has built a strong reputation as a knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent, primarily specialising in the mid Cornwall area.

In her role at Jackson-Stops Cornwall, she plays a pivotal part in guiding property transactions from offer acceptance through to successful completion. Lily’s day-to-day responsibilities involve liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders to ensure that each stage of the sales process runs smoothly, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout.

Lily’s proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes help provide clients with confidence and reassurance during what can often be a complex and demanding process.
