THE PROPERTY

There is a wide range of recreational activities, including the internationally renowned Festival Theatre and the award-winning Pallant House Gallery. Nearby schools include Oakwood, Bishop Luffa and Westbourne House.

The surrounding area caters for many leisure pursuits including sailing on Chichester Harbour with sailing clubs in Bosham, Itchenor, Dell Quay and Emsworth. Goodwood hosts the annual Glorious Goodwood racing calendar and also hosts the annual Festival of Speed and the September Revival Meeting at its historic motor circuit. To the south, the beaches of West and East Wittering are a popular location for bathing, kite surfing and wind surfing. The South Downs National Park provides many opportunities for those enjoying country pursuits including walking, riding and cycling. There are also golf courses located at both Goodwood and Hunston.
