Looking ahead

Over 70 per cent of tenants choose to renew their contracts with us. If you love where you currently live and want to extend your stay beyond your tenancy end date, please let us know. On average, our landlords let out their properties for over eight years, so extensions to your current agreement are generally welcomed.

As we head into winter, it is important to try and prevent damp and mould during the colder weather. Here are some handy tips to help you look after your property.

Safety first
For your safety, please regularly test your alarms to ensure they are in full working order. You may need to replace the batteries occasionally, which remains your responsibility throughout the tenancy. If you have any concerns, please contact your landlord or property manager.

Please be advised that our Property Management and Lettings offices are closed over the festive period from 4.00pm on Tuesday 24th December, and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January at 8.30am. However, if we manage your property, our local property management teams will be available to help you with urgent maintenance issues between 9.30am - 4.30pm on 27th, 30th and 31st December.
