As sales prices increase we command an even larger portion of the property market, as demonstrated by the graph below with our dominance strengthening as sales prices rise.
 

With the latest Rightmove House Price Index recording a 15% increase in buyers enquiring about homes in January 2022 compared to January 2021, and house prices 7.6% higher than in January 2021, the early bird is catching the worm when it comes to marketing their homes.
