We recently sold a magnificent property in Clifton: one of York's finest Grade II listed Regency houses, together with a four bedroom wing set in private gardens and within walking distance of the centre of the city.

Merry Hall in Boltby, Thirsk is another recently sold property. It's a stunning Grade II listed family house together with a charming cottage, extensive equestrian facilities on the edge of the North York Moors National Park in all approx. 29 acres. 

Tockwith is the location of another recent sale: The Old Vicarage is an impressive detached Victorian former vicarage set within large private gardens in the heart of this much sought after village conveniently located between York, Harrogate and Leeds.
