The sale and acquisition of country houses and estates across England has been at the heart of our business from the outset. From our office in Mayfair we coordinate specialist advice and expertise gained over many decades. In addition to looking after our own clients we also provide marketing support and a central hub for our regional offices across the country.
Our expertise has a bias towards buildings of architectural merit both contemporary and historic. Properties that require a deeper understanding to realise their full potential. We place particular emphasis on the amount of research we undertake, not just into the history and architecture of a building but also into the area and all it has to offer. For over 25 years we have provided Listed building owners with practical advice and specialist knowledge and we have written extensively on the subject.
Our aim is to listen to our clients' requirements, make sure that every marketing campaign reflects the individual merits of a property and in many instances the passion, care and attention to detail that the seller has lavished on a building whilst in their ownership. We also provide those details which help a prospective purchaser decide whether this is the property and location for them, as we appreciate for many purchasing a country house is a long-term commitment.
