THIS ATTRACTIVE 4 BEDROOMED GRANITE SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE ENJOYS A CENTRAL VILLAGE LOCATION This period cottage with its wealth of period features and high ceilings offers excellent accommodation in the heart of this ever popular Cornish village. The house is entered, via a long hallway, into a delightful sitting room featuring a stripped wooden floor and open fireplace. This room leads out into a bright conservatory and further on to the utility room and finally the kitchen which is on a raised level. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor is a further bedroom with en-suite shower room. THE LOCATION The village of St. Agnes is a lively community enjoying a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, a primary school and, of course, the ancient harbour by the beach at Trevaunance Cove. St Agnes is both an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site. Nearby Chapel Porth Beach, a surfer's favourite owned by the National Trust, is one of the most picturesque coves on the Cornish North Coast. There are stunning coastal footpaths to Trevaunance Cove to the north and Porthtowan to the south. Truro is the administrative centre of Cornwall and has excellent amenities including good private and public schooling, varied shops and commercial opportunities and a mainline railway station on the Paddington to Penzance line. Regular scheduled flights operate from Newquay Airport to Heathrow with flight times of less than one hour.
