Plaxtol is a popular village, conveniently situated between the towns of Tonbridge and Sevenoaks, within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a general store, public house, Church and primary school, which are all within close proximity of the property.

The area has some delightful walks to be enjoyed locally on the Fairlawne estate and in nearby Ightham Mote.

Borough Green railway station (3.3 miles) serves London Victoria and London Charing Cross (37 mins to London Bridge). Sevenoaks station (7.6 miles) serves Charing Cross/Cannon Street (22 mins to London Bridge).

The M25 and M20 are easily accessible, providing access to London, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports, Bluewater shopping centre and the Channel Tunnel terminus.

DIRECTIONS
From Sevenoaks follow the Seal Road/A25 toward Borough Green.
