THE PROPERTY

12 Priory Road can be found in an excellent position in Chichester city centre providing good accommodation arranged over three floors though now in need of some modernisation. The property can be found just across the road from Priory Park and its 13th Century Friars church.

12 Priory Road was built in a Georgian style in 1985 and benefits from a good size sitting room, kitchen/dining room and a conservatory which provides access out on the attractive walled garden. There is also a ground floor cloakroom.

On the first floor the principal bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area and from this room there are lovely views overlooking Priory Park. There is also a second bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. The second floor has two further bedrooms and a useful cloak/utility room.

Outside the property benefits from an attractive courtyard garden with well stocked flower borders and beds, entertaining terraces and a rear pedestrian gate providing access to the allocated parking space.

The city of Chichester is dominated by the 12th Century Cathedral and offers a wide choice of recreational and social activities including multi-screen cinema complex, Westgate Sports Centre and the Pallant House Gallery as well as the Chichester Festival and Minerva Theatres that can be found within a quarter of a mile.

Goodwood can be found approximately 4 miles to the north and hosts numerous events throughout the year including the Festival of Speed as well as the Revival and Members Meeting at its historic motor circuit. Goodwood also has its own country club and golf course.

The blue flag beaches of West Wittering and the National Trust Reserve at East Head can be found approximately 8 miles to the south.
